1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. Some co-accused were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. The present petitioners are standing on the same footing.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and submits that in all, three persons suffered serious injuries out of which the injuries inflicted on one of the victims was grievous. Reliance is placed on the statements of the injured as well as the eye-witnesses.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that investigation is going on, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
