The present writ petition has been preferred praying for a direction upon the respondent no.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20th May, 2026. It is submitted that till date, the said representation has not been considered.

Hence the petitioner has approached this Court. 4.

Upon hearing the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to consider the said representation of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of this order on giving a hearing to all the stakeholders 5.

WPA 12105 of 2026 stands disposed of.
