Leaned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the police authorities have already complied with the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. As such, the petitioners would not like to press this application. A written instruction to that effect as filed in Court, is taken on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
