It is submitted that all steps have been taken in terms of the order dated 17.01.2023. The application for cancellation of bail could not be made since the final report of mistake of fact has been filed.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner shall be entitled to apply before the S. P., Malda indicating threat perception.

The S. P., Malda shall consider the petitioner's application and take steps in accordance with law to ensure that she is duly protected.

The contempt application is disposed of.

5.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
