1. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his representation dated 21st April, 2026.

2. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur being the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
