Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show recovery of Fake Indian Currency Note (for short FICNs) from the possession of the petitioner. Keeping in mind the aforesaid materials, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
