The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the dispute with regard to non-supply of the detailed project report does not survive.

The works arising out of the said project had been completed by the successful bidder.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of without further order.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
