Records do not reflect that the said order was communicated to the learned Special Court (at least from the orders dated 11.05.2026 and 12.05.2026). As such the learned trial court is directed to complete the seizure list witnesses at the earliest to assess regarding the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1156 of 2026 is rejected at this stage.

Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta is directed to communicate this order to the learned Special Court under the NDPS Act-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas.
