C & C R It appears that in my order dated 10.08.2022, in the first paragraph, first page, third line of that order, it has been inadvertently typed as "Title Suit No.26 of " instead of "Title Suit No.26 of 2012". The same shall be corrected and read as "Title Suit No.26 of 2012". It also appears that at first page, in the first line of paragraph 6, it has been inadvertently typed as "learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bongaon" instead of "learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bongaon, North 24 Parganas". The same shall be corrected and read as "learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bongaon, North 24 Parganas".

The mistake is thus rectified.

This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 10.08.2022. Other portions of the order dated 10.08.2022 shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
