For the respondents This instant writ petition has been instituted seeking a direction upon the learned Tribunal to dispose of the original application, being OA 628 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible. Record reveals that on June 6th, 2022, a coordinate Bench of this Court disposed of a writ petition, WP.CT 24 of 2022 with following order:

"The tribunal is requested to take up the matter on the date so fixed and endeavour must be shown to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible." We have also been informed that the parties have already exchanged their pleadings in connection with the OA 628 of 2021 before the learned Tribunal and the matter is ready for hearing.

Since a coordinate Bench of this Court has already passed an order requesting the learned Tribunal to expedite disposal of the original application, we are not inclined to pass any further order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appropriate application before the learned Tribunal to prepone the date of hearing.
