He has tendered unqualified apology before this court for writing such a letter dated 05.04.2021 after the matter was decided by this court on 25.03.2021. Such a letter was only an endeavour to revive the matter despite order passed by this court. However, the said erstwhile Secretary submitted that the order was passed on 25.03.2021 and he signed the letter on 31.03.2021 which appears from the letter and which is correct. He has clarified that the memo number of the letter was given on 5th April, 2021 and he

submits that he did not know about the order of this court dated 25.03.2021 passed in WPA 7272 of 2021. Such explanation given by the said erstwhile Secretary is accepted by this court and he is warned that before writing any such letter he should confirm whether there is any order in any matter in respect of which he would write any letter. Now all the orders are found in the official website of Calcutta High Court and it is no problem for anybody to see and check whether any order has been passed or not.

However, after accepting the explanation of the said erstwhile Secretary, I do not impose any cost or any other punishment upon him and his personal appearance is dispensed with. I believe that henceforth he will act very cautiously in matters where court's order is involved.

With this direction the matter comes to an end. This writ application was dismissed earlier but I had to call the erstwhile Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education to know the reason for writing such letters which are at pages 71 and 72 of the writ application. Now after getting such clarification and after being satisfied with such clarification, the matter is closed.
