The learned Advocate representing the petitioners submitted that the Advocate-on-record had filed the fresh vakalatnama on 11th April, 2025. The averments in paragraph 4 in CAN application being 2/2025 is contradictory to the submission of the learned Advocate representing the petitioners who seeks to not press the application and file a fresh application and the same is allowed.

Affidavit-of-service filed by the learned Advocate representing the petitioners be kept on record. Liberty is given to the petitioners to file fresh application.
