The petitioner though had qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test, 2014 and had participated in selection process for recruitment of Assistant Teachers in primary schools conducted by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education in the years 2016, 2020 and 2022, but was unsuccessful, she is now praying that she may be given appointment in the said post.

The prayer of the petitioner is entirely misconceived.

WPA 12822 of 2024 is dismissed without of any order as to costs.
