It appears from the record that no affidavit in opposition has been filed from the side of the respondents as yet, in view of the report submitted by the Registry.

It is submitted that the writ petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the inaction of the Madrasha Service Commission for not offering appointment letter to the petitioner in view of the panel published and in spite of vacancy.

Having heard the learned counsel and on perusal of record, it appears that this case is pending since 2010. No interim order was passed at the initial stage. Panel has already been expired due to efflux of time.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 7.

All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
