The petitioner submits that the money, which was due and payable by the respondent Nos.5 to 7, have been paid and the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the writ petition.

The police authorities have also filed a report, from which it appears that the said respondents have already intimated the police that Rs.1,03,097/- had been transferred to the petitioner through NEFT. The police report is taken on record.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
