Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was driven out from the house by the respondent nos.5 to 11. The police are inactive on the complaint lodged. She also submits that the petitioner returned her residence with the help of local police.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the disputes relate to an immovable property. The police received two complaints. In one of the complaints, on completion of investigation, charge sheet was submitted in which the petitioner was charge sheeted. So far as the other complaint is concerned, the police are conducting the investigation. The police facilitated recording the statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In such circumstances, the police taking steps in respect of the complaints received, further interference by the Writ Court is not called for.

WPA 12502 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
