The present revisional application was preferred when the investigation of the case was in progress. During the pendency of this revisional application, Jhargram P.S. Charge Sheet No. 08/2022 dated 31.01.2022 was submitted before the jurisdictional court under Sections 406/409/420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having considered the report so submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Jhargram Police Station and the complicity of the petitioners so surfaced, I am of the opinion that the issues so canvassed are relating to factual circumstances to be dealt with by the trial court at the appropriate stage. As such, no interference is called for in the present revisional application.

The revisional application being CRR 1593 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.

Pending connected application is consequently disposed of.

Learned trial court is directed to proceed with the case. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
