1. Petitioner stands implicated on the basis of the statements of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Code of Criminal procedure as the person who kicked the abdomen of the victim in an incident of assault.

2. Medical document shows, that the victim underwent forced miscarriage due to such assault at her abdomen.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
