Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the stolen articles were recovered from the godown belonging to the petitioner on the leading statement made by the arrested accused.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the

case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2930 of 2022 is dismissed.
