Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 15.06.2024 and till date one witness has only been examined.

Earlier, there was a direction on 06.03.2026 by this Court so that the petitioners would renew their prayer for bail after four witnesses are over. The stage has not reached. As such, there are no change of circumstances.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Petitioners will strict to the earlier order dated 06.03.2026 and thereafter approach this Court. Accordingly, CRM(M)1325 of 2026 is dismissed at this stage.
