The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the matrimonial suit is being adjourned from time to time and a direction be passed for expeditious disposal of the same.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to the revisional application this Court finds that a miscellaneous case no. 24 of 2019 is pending.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said miscellaneous case has been filed by the wife/opposite party herein praying for alimony pendente lite.

In view thereof, this Court is of the considered view that the miscellaneous case for alimony pendente lite is to be disposed of first.

of stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Serampore, Hooghly to make an endeavour to see that the miscellaneous case no. 24 of 2019 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.
