In Re : CAN 1 of 2022 (Restoration) Sufficient grounds are available to explain the absence of the petitioners and/or their counsel on 03.08.2022. The said order is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. In Re : W.P.A. 11198 of 2022 The writ petitioners may use supplementary affidavit. The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents/son and daughter-in-law have been harassing him notwithstanding the order of this Court dated 15.02.2022 passed in WPA 4203 of 2021.

The private respondents/son and daughter-in-law are represented. It is submitted that they have no grievance against the petitioner.

Rahara Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the residence.

The petitioners and the private respondents shall maintain peace inside the house. The parties shall not interfere in the day to day life of one and another.

It is submitted by the petitioners that large number of other complaints have been filed after the writ petition. They may be considered by the Rahara Police.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
