Report of the Medical Board certifying that the patient is suffering from mild pelvic endometriosis which is not a serious gynaecological disorder at present and treatment option is also available filed in Court is taken on record. 2.

As the medical report of the patient does not suggest that she is suffering from any listed medical disorder, accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer on the ground of medical illness of his spouse cannot be allowed.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 4.
