Though the said application is on record, the same has not been printed in the list. In view thereof, we treat the same as on day's list. Records further reveal that an application, being IA No.: CAN 4 of 2018 (Old No.: CAN 5092 of 2018) has been filed by the sole appellant with a prayer to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

In view thereof and on the prayer of the learned advocate appearing for the sole appellant, the appeal and the connected applications, being CAN 7495 of 2011, IA No.: CAN 2 of 2018 (Old No.: CAN 5074 of 2018) and IA No.: CAN 3 of 2018 (Old No.: CAN 5075 of 2018) are dismissed for non-prosecution.
