Statements of witnesses show petitioner was last seen with the victim who was subsequently murdered.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating material against the petitioner and gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
