Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner filed an FIR making allegations against the accused therein. The Investigating Agency conducted a sham investigation made, CDR analysis of a phone number which the petitioner did not use regularly and filed final report. In fact, now the petitioner is being prosecuted for filing a false case. However, in spite of direction given by the learned Magistrate, the police are not supplying the petitioner the copies of relevant documents. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State denies the allegations and submits that on 26.02.2024, the petitioner was called to the Shibpur Police Station to supply such copies, but he did not turn up. Thereafter, on several occasions, the police authorities called up the petitioner for handing over documents. A GD entry was made in this

regard.

Let the petitioner visit the Shibpur Police Station on 13.05.2024 at 5 PM and report to the Officer in Charge of Shibpur Police Station. The Officer in Charge shall forthwith hand over the copies of documents as per direction of the learned Magistrate to the petitioner. The petitioner shall not be made to unnecessarily wait at the police station for long. The petitioner may be accompanied by his learned advocate. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
