On perusal of the petition under consideration and after hearing Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, it appears to this Court that it is a fit case for service of notice upon the alleged contemnor.

In view of such, the writ petitioner is directed to cause service of notice along with a copy of the instant contempt application upon the alleged contemnor by Speed Post and to file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned date. 3.

Let the matter be listed on June 24, 2025 under the same heading.
