The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the other co-accused persons were granted anticipatory bail. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that explosive bombs were seized from the cattle shed belonging to the petitioners.

Considering the material in the case diary and considering the involvement of the petitioners in the alleged offence and considering the gravity of the offence, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM 5188 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
