2. The petitioner has challenged the action of the Howrah Municipal Corporation which has been initiated on the basis of an order dated 9th April, 2026 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CPAN 1534 of 2024 arising out of WPA 25314 of 2023.

3. A report has been placed by the State. The same is taken on record.

4. At this stage, no relief can be granted to the petitioner considering that an order of the Coordinate Bench is already in force.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
