1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. She was tortured over demand of dowry. She committed suicide within two years of marriage. Abscondence of co-accused has contributed to the delay. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
