As per the direction contained in the order dated May 10, 2024 passed by a coordinate Bench, the Investigating Officer is personally present in Court with the Chemical Report. Personal presence of the Investigating Officer is dispensed with. Let the Chemical Report be kept with the records.

The report is positive in the sense the samples that were sent for testing have tested positive for the presence of Codeine Phosphate.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to allow the bail application. The application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 793 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
