Mr. Kazi Ardan Ali, learned advocate led by Mr. K. M. Hossain, learned State counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. In course of the hearing the learned State counsel has placed a communication dated October 10, 2023 issued by the respondent No. 3 addressing the School authority that the Higher Pay Scale shall be granted to the petitioner from the last date of M.A. final examination. A copy of the said communication along with a forwarding communication made to the learned advocate also dated October 11, 2023 are taken on record. Copy has been handed over to Md. Manuwar Ali, learned advocate for the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

It is expected that, all further and necessary steps shall be taken forthwith in accordance with law.

With the above recording and observation this writ petition W.P.A. 9557 of 2010 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
