This writ petition was preferred in 2008 seeking a direction upon the respondent no.3 to allow the petitioners to participate in the interview along with other candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange concerned, scheduled to be held for filling up of the post of Assistant Teacher in primary schools in Nadia. By efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
