Pursuant to the earlier direction passed, a fresh 04.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.42 Rakib report has been submitted on behalf of the State. Report reflects that Domjur PS case no. 137/2025 dated 24.02.2025 has been registered under the relevant provisions of law.

Prima facie the grievance of the petitioner for approaching this Court seems to be subsurved. Police authorities are directed to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no further untoward incident results as the accusations reflect/portray a strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12881 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
