1. Counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal has become infructuous in view of the decision of the Supreme Court dated 4th November, 2022 passed in SLP No. 8658 and 8659 of 2019.

2. Hence, M.A.T. 867 of 2023 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.

3. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

4. In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2023 and CAN 2 of 2023 shall also stand dismissed.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Instructions of the Regional P F Commissioner - I (Pension) dated 29th July, 2024 is kept on record.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
