1. Report filed by the State is taken on record.

2. The writ petition has been filed challenging the demolition notice issued by the Howrah Municipal Corporation.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the corporation submits that the demolition work which has been undertaken is in compliance of the direction passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

4. At this stage, no relief can be granted to the petitioner considering that an order of the Coordinate Bench is already in force.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
