The grievance of the petitioner pertains to alleged illegal construction by the private respondents.

The State is represented and submits that they have no objection if the representation of the petitioner (being Annexure P4 at page 22 of the writ petition) be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the respondent No. 3, being the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tamluk, is directed to consider and dispose of the above representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the interested parties. It is made clear that this court has not gone into the merits of this case and all questions

are left open to be decided by the respondent No. 3.

With the above directions, WPA No. 11213 of 2022 stands disposed of.
