Learned advocate for the alleged contemner submits that the copy of the representation dated May 25, 2018, which was directed to be submitted by the petitioner along with a copy of the order dated March 21, 2023 has not been received by the alleged contemner.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the said representation might not have been served upon the alleged contemner. He undertakes that the said representation along with other documents as directed by the order dated March 21, 2023 shall be served upon the alleged contemner in course of this week.

Time to comply with the entire exercise as directed by the order dated March 21, 2023 is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of service of the documents.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this contempt application is disposed of.
