It appears that the instant revisional application was earlier dismissed for default on 10.12.2019 by an order passed by this Court. Against the said order of dismissal an application has been filed with the prayer for restoring the said revisional application to its original file and number.

It appears that the matter is pending since the year 2012. There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present case. Accordingly, the application being CAN/220/2020 filed in connection with CO/1534/2012 is hereby dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application being CAN/1974/2015 is also dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
