Petitioner claims that he had been cultivating the land having Khatian No. 159, Dag no. 886 which is about 21 decimals and another land being Dag no. 945 about 24 decimals. It has been alleged that the private respondents are aggressive and they have tried to create obstructions, resistance in the cultivation and harvesting of the produce. To that effect information was furnished to the officer-in-charge of Goghat Police Station. However, in spite of such information furnished no steps have been taken. Earlier petitioner approached this Court in WPA 19091 of 2024 wherein there was a direction to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. Having regard to the nature of the accusations made, I direct that the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no obstruction is created upon the petitioner or any untoward incident results. However,

so far as establishment of rights are concerned the same would be adjudicated by the jurisdictional Court as directed in the earlier writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11774 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
