Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It appears from the order under contempt passed on 16th December, 2021 that no portion of the order has been violated by the alleged contemnors.

In view of the same the contempt application is devoid of any merit and is liable to be dismissed.

The contempt application being CPAN 550 of 2022 is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
