Mr. Deb Roy, learned advocate appearing for the 18.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.42 Rakib State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Somnath Sarkar against whom the arrest warrant was issued the same has been executed by the police authorities and he has been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Sreerampore, Hooghly. In view of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Sreerampore, Hooghly already in seisin of the case and warrant of arrest was issued by the said Court, further direction of this Court is unwarranted. Learned Magistrate is directed to proceed in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 12880 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner.
