Mr. Soumya Nag Mr. Aditya Tiwari ....for the petitioner Mr. Saibal Bapuli Mr. Ratul Ghosh ..for the State Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the minor victim girl that when she was 15 years old, she was forcibly taken away by the (40 years old) petitioner and made to undergo a sham ritual of marriage, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
