1. We have considered the materials on record. Fake Indian Currency Notes valued at Rs. 10,000/- were recovered from the petitioner. Trial is in progress.

2. In view of the nature of offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

4. We request the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

5. Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for necessary compliance.
