The petitioner seeks new electricity connection. Learned advocate appearing for the CESC submits on instruction that CESC found that there was an issue of splitting up of load involved. He relies upon an order dated February 5, 2021 passed by the Division Bench in CAN 1 of 2021 in MAT 73 of 2021 (CESC Limited and another Vs. Asifa Bibi).

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Ombudsman.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Ombudsman.

No interference by a writ court is called for. W.P.A.12600 of 2021 is disposed of.
