Grievance of the Petitioner is inaction on the part of the respondent No. 2 (The Director, Mass Education Extension Directorate, Government of West Bengal) for his claim of higher scale of pay and sitting over the representation of the petitioner dated 2.5.2019 being Annexure P-13 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his unauthorized representative within six weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
