The present revisional application was preferred challenging the charge-sheet submitted in connection with Dum Dum Police Station Case No. 559 of 2019 dated 10.07.2019. The enclosures to this revisional application reflect that the FIR and the charge-sheet have only been made available before this Court. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was relied upon.

Mr. Sur, learned advocate appears for the State. Having regard to the stage at which the petitioners approached this Court, I am of the opinion that the same is premature. The petitioners would be at liberty to canvass the points agitated in the present revisional application at the stage of consideration of charges before the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1603 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
