The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Sanskrit at Kalgachia Jagadish Vidyapith, P.O.: Kalgachia, District: Purba Medinipur.

The petitioner applied for general transfer under 'Utsashree Portal' but her application was returned as she is the Single Subject Teacher of the school.

The interest of the students is paramount, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the decision of the authority returning the application of the petitioner for general transfer. WPA 11229 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
