1. Two eye witnesses implicate all the petitioners before us in the incident of assault. The injured suffered injuries on the scalp requiring a number of stitches. The injuries were caused by a brick and iron rods as appearing from the statements of the eye witnesses.

2. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
