1) All the matters are taken up together for consideration since common issue is involved. 2) Affidavits of service filed on behalf of the petitioners are taken on records.

3) Documents in support of petitioners' putting in deficit Court Fees are placed before this Court and same are also taken on records.

4) Mr. Bari, learned advocate representing the petitioner in WPA 12860 of 2025 (Md. Rejaul Hoque Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) has filed supplementary affidavit enclosing document in support of employment of the petitioner before 10th August, 2017. Same is taken on record. Copies of supplementary affidavit are made over to learned advocates representing West Bengal Board of Primary Education (hereinafter referred to as "Board") and State respondents.

5) It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they participated in 2022 selection process conducted by the Board for filling up the post of primary teachers in the State of West Bengal. It is also submitted that all the petitioners were in employment on 10th August, 2017 and completed eighteen months D.EL.Ed.

(ODL) programme through National Institute of Open Schooling (for

short, "NIOS") before 1st April, 2019. It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that a notification has been issued by the Secretary of the Board on 30th May, 2025 in compliance with the solemn judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court delivered on 4th April, 2025 in Civil Appeal arising out of SLP (C) No. 19139 of 2024 (Kousik Das & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) for verification of eligibility of the appellants in said appeal. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners jointly that petitioners are similarly circumstanced candidates like appellants in the aforesaid appeal and issue involved in these writ petitions is covered by the order passed by this Court on 13th June, 2025 on a batch of writ petitions first one being WPA 6695 of 2024 (Pampa Dutta Dhar & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.).

6) Respondents are represented by learned advocates who have submitted that issue is covered by the said order dated 13th June, 2025.

7) Since issue has been already decided by this Court by order dated 13th June, 2025 in Pampa Dutta Dhar (supra), no separate order need be passed in these writ petitions.

8) Concerned authority of the Board is directed to take steps in terms of the directions as contained in Order dated 13th June, 2025 passed in Pampa Dutta Dhar (supra).

9) Copy of the order dated 13th June, 2025 passed in Pampa Dutta Dhar (supra) duly countersigned by the Assistant Registrar (Court) be taken on records of each of the writ petitions.

10) All the writ petitions stand disposed of.

11) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
